The Science Park Exploration Museum, established in 2007 by the Park Administration, was originally a first generation factory until its conversion into a modern exhibit. The museum introduces the Park’s history as well as showcases many of its notable products in today’s competitive high-tech industry. Would you like to know more about the park? Come and explore!

Exhibit contains winners of the park’s "Hi-tech Stars" annual competition for the most innovative products of the year. Among the winning products are some with the most practical applications, such as Savior Lifetec’s new production method of Merotic, as well as Integrated Digital Tech’s interactive screen, which could be adapted to different size LCD panels. These innovative technologies will surely create percussions in the high-tech circle.

This gallery traces the growth of industry in the 1960s, accounts for this Park’s establishment and details its vigorous development into one of the most prominent industrial centers in the world. The second floor also contains a technological exhibit containing key products representative of the six industries of the park.

This gallery describes the emergence of industry in Taiwan and Hsinchu, and shows how this development leads to Taiwan’s prominence in the global scene. Join us as we step chronologically from the traditional, agricultural Hsinchu through time to its status as one of the leaders in today’s high-tech industry worldwide.
Guided Tour
Guided tours are available to groups of up to twenty-five people. English tours are available. Please make reservation two weeks in advance. All tours are free of charge.
