Personnel Office

The Personnel Office is responsible for the following:

1. Affairs related to personnel establishment and staff size, as well as the employment, discharge and transfer of personnel
2. Undertaking exams and assigning posts accordingly; assessing the performance of staff members; handing down rewards or penalties
3. Undertaking in-service training and programs for employees to pursue advanced studies
4. Affairs related to salaries, insurance and other forms of compensation for employees
5. Affairs related to employee retirement, layoff and pensions
6. Any other matters related to personnel management and duties assigned to the office
