(一)、研究、開發、生產、銷售下列產品：

2、半導體、面板顯示器、太陽能電池、LED、鍍膜玻璃及其它鍍膜
產品製程模組。
3、半導體、面板顯示器、太陽能電池、LED、鍍膜玻璃及其它鍍膜
產品製程設備關鍵性零組件，含：電漿調協器、晶圓承載器、物理氣象沈積除氣裝
置(以經科學工業園區管理局核准者為限)。
4、半導體、面板顯示器、太陽能電池、LED、鍍膜玻璃及其它鍍膜
產品製程生產管理自動化系統。
5、半導體微顯影製程模組。
6、半導體薄膜電晶體製程模組。
7、再生晶圓。
8、上述相關產品之系統測試技術與諮詢服務。
(二)、前各項產品之進出口貿易業務。

To research, develop, manufacture and sell the following products: (1) Equipment, Facility Refurbishment, and upgrade for semiconductor, flat panel display, solar cell, LED, thin film glass and other thin film products. (2) Application processes for semiconductor, flat panel display, solar cell, LED, thin film glass and other thin film products. (3) Critical spares parts for semiconductor, flat panel display, solar cell, LED, thin film glass and other thin film products manufacturing equipment, such as RF Match, Wafer Lifter, and PVD Degas (limited to those items approved by the Science-based Industrial Park Administration.) (4) Semiconductor, flat panel display, solar cell, LED, thin film glass and other thin film products manufacturing automation systems. (5) Semiconductor lithographic process modules. (6) Semiconductor thin film transistor process modules. (7) Wafer reclaim (8) To provide system final test, technical and consultant services related to the above products. 2. To engage in trading businesses in connection with the above products.
